Visitor Information

Everyone is welcome at MoMu. We are committed to make our collection, building, programmes and services accessible to all audiences. Admission is free for a caregiver accompanying a visitor with a disability.

• MoMu is wheelchair accessible through the revolving door at the main entrance. Inside MoMu, all galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible.
• A wheelchair is available at the welcome desk. It can also be reserved in advance via balie@momu.be.
• Individuals with impaired mobility: MoMu provides portable folding chairs at the welcome desk and at the entrance to the large temporary exhibition on the 1st floor.
• Disability parking is available at Drukkerijstraat.

By public transport (tram or bus)

- Tram 4 (Groenplaats)
- Metro 3, 5, 9 & 15 (Groenplaats)
- Bus 22, 180, 181, 182, 183 (Groenplaats)
- DeWaterbus (Steenplein)

By car

MoMu is located in the low emission zone and in the parking zone for residents and permit holders. If you wish to park near MoMu, you can do so in a.o. one of the following car parks:

- Car park Cammerpoorte (Nationalestraat)
- Car park Brabo (Kammenstraat)
- Car park Indigo (Groenplaats)

Visit without a guide
Groups of more than 12 paying visitors are entitled to the reduced group rate. School groups can visit the museum free of charge. Book your visit online to guarantee entry and ensure a smooth welcome!
