Privacy policy

The personal data gathered by MoMu, represented by De Museumstichting SON through its newsletter module, is used solely for the purpose of informing subscribers to the newsletter about the activities organised by MoMu, and are placed in the address file of MoMu, represented by De Museumstichting SON (Koningin Elisabethlei 22, 2018 Antwerp). 

When requesting and processing your personal data, the administrator of the address file will respect your personal privacy and treat that data in accordance with the provisions of the law of December 8th 1992 regarding the protection of personal privacy.  MoMu is represented by De Museumstichting SON. Neither MoMu nor De Museumstichting will pass on your data to third parties. 

Every newsletter subscriber has the right to consult and improve their personal data or to have that data removed from the address file of MoMu. Any request to access, improve, or remove information should be sent to MoMu, Nationalestraat 28, 2000 Antwerp. Alternatively, you can always alter your data via the ‘adapt preferences’ link, which appears in the footer of every newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, you can communicate this by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link which appears in every newsletter. MoMu’s privacy policy will soon be updated in line with General Data Protection Regulation that will be enforced from 25 May 2018 onwards.
