Antwerp-based fabric shop and digital platform Bakermat is organising the third edition of the textile event RE/SOURCE. This edition will take place over a period of six days in six different cities in Belgium, the Netherlands and France, and on 28 February, the event will be hosted at the MoMu Library.

Explore over 1,000 fabric samples and get the chance to buy fabrics directly from textile partners without minimum order quantity. Short presentations at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM will highlight manufacturers’ expertise and production methods.

What is RE/SOURCE?

RE/SOURCE is a travelling fabric fair where Bakermat offers visitors access to the remaining stocks of its textile manufacturers. Students, hobbyists and designers get the chance to explore deadstock fabrics for a day, put together their selection and place an order without minimum order quantity. Within 2-3 weeks after the final day of RE/SOURCE, all orders are ready for shipment or can be picked up at Bakermat.

The selected textile manufacturers for this edition are: Berto (ITA), Besani (ITA), Beste (ITA) , Bottoli (ITA), Faliero Sarti (ITA), Gruppocinque (ITA), Libeco (BEL), Luigi Ricceri (ITA), Lyria (ITA), Maggia (ITA), Paoletti (ITA), Scabal (BEL), Serica 1870 (ITA), and Sophie Hallette (FRA).
