Opening Weekend The Antwerp Six: Open Archive MoMu Library

In preparation for the exhibition The Antwerp Six, we delved deep into the museum archives, both the clothing collection and the paper archive.

In our library, we preserve not only books but also fashion ephemera: documents such as lookbooks, flyers, and invitations to fashion shows. Originally intended as temporary communication tools, they have now become valuable resources closely linked to a designer’s signature.

During the exhibition’s opening weekend, we invite visitors to explore our library as well. We are happy to share more about our work and to showcase a selection of fashion ephemera from our rich collection.
