During Krokuskriebels Week, we welcome all families to our museum and roll out the red carpet for them. We’ve got a truly exciting programme in store!
Embark on a creative exploration in the Chintz exhibition and let your imagination run wild! Together, we’ll transform a simple piece of fabric into a colourful masterpiece. Come along to stamp, print and create.
Did you know that people in India have been decorating fabrics with colourful flowers and patterns for a very long time? We call these special fabrics ‘chintz’. During this workshop, you’ll get to try your hand at being a textile artist. We’ll make stamps using the craziest materials and print the most beautiful designs onto a curtain. Choose colourful flowers or other fun motifs and help create one big, unique work of art!
