Kaat Debo, director MoMu Antwerp: “We are excited to collaborate with one of the most renowned fashion museums in the world. In the spring of 2018, the French fashion city will be encaptured by the world of Martin Margiela, as yet another fashion museum, the Palais Galliera, will open a large retrospective exhibition on the designer. This will be the first time that two Parisian museums will simultaneously display his work, and the fact that it is a Belgian designer is in itself an overwhelming historical achievement."

Afterwards the museum will close its doors for a thorough renovation and expansion that will last until 2020. Nevertheless, MoMu will continue to remain active, more details to follow this upcoming May.
