Before the infamous Antwerp Six, this designer rose prominence in Antwerp in the late 1960s and was the first Belgian designer to gain international success. Her work was greatly influenced by the Bohemian arts scene of the Wolstraat in Antwerp. She created outfits for music artists like Ann Christy and Nicole & Hugo.
