School visit without MoMu guide
Visit MoMu with your class without a MoMu guide.
Visit MoMu with your class and discover MoMu's new Collection presentation and the temporary exhibitions ‘E/MOTION. Fashion in Transition’ and 'P.LACE.S - Looking through Antwerp Lace’.
The exhibition ‘E/MOTION. Fashion in Transition’ goes deeper into the way in which fashion is an expression of emotion, fear and desire in society: fashion is both ‘emotion’ and ‘in motion’. MoMu looks back on the events of the past three decades and questions how the fashion industry can reinvent itself, as well as the role that fashion designers can play in this in the future.
MoMu's new Collection presentation looks back at four decades of Belgian fashion, along with a selection from the museum's historic collection. The exhibition reviews the key protagonists of Belgian fashion, based on topics characterising the unique nature of the MoMu collection.
The exhibition ‘P.LACE.S - Looking through Antwerp Lace’ highlights the role of Antwerp in the development and international trade of lace. MoMu is presenting this rich history at 5 different locations in the city, in dialogue with contemporary innovative and high-tech fashion creations.
