MoMu goes mindful on Saturday morning with a Breath Flow yoga session as we search for the connection between breath and movement. Inspired by the flow of Vinyasa yoga, movements and postures flow into one other to the rhythm of your own breathing. Kicks off your weekend with body and mind in balance.
Each session starts with breathwork and meditation. From a seemingly passive posture, 'asana' in Sanskrit, the ancient Indian language, you learn to feel your breath in your own body. You deepen your breathing and move towards increasingly expressive postures.
